Very good customer service. :) My contractor had a little trouble at first getting the hot, cold, and divertor knobs to line straight up but finally installed them well with only one slightly misaligned. Nevertheless, it looks beautiful and I very pleased.Beautiful fixture and no issues with install. The only trouble my contractor had was with the knobs. The are sitting at an angle vs straight up and down. It is a gorgeous faucet.Beautiful piece. Looks perfect above free standing my tub.Looks just like the picture!
