The title stated Fan blade and housing are included. Motor only was in packaging. The original plastic fan was broken, so I needed both the motor and fan. The old housing was metal, so did not need replacement. I will use the motor, and order a fan blade elsewhere, because I cannot wait another week to return this item and order another. ALWAYS REPLACE FAN BLADE WHEN REPLACING MOTOR. They are made of brittle plastic and are likely 10+ years old.
